Forge is small and new. Every client works directly with me, Adam Little, the founder. Owners are busy running crews and quoting jobs, not chasing reviews. I started Forge to take that one job off your plate and do it right. You'll always know who's handling your reviews.

Is this allowed by Google?

Yes. Google is fine with businesses asking customers for reviews. What it doesn't allow is offering something in return or only asking happy customers. Forge asks every customer, the same way, with nothing in return.

What do I have to do?

Send a list of finished jobs once a week. There's also a quick one-time setup: your Google review link, and manager access to your Google Business Profile so I can reply to reviews.

Can I cancel?

Yes. It's month to month with no setup fee. Cancel anytime with a quick email.

Who writes the replies?

I do, with help from AI tools for first drafts. Every reply is written in your voice and checked before it posts. For the first two weeks, you approve each one. Negative reviews always come to you first.
